July 2011 Market Report

   Monthly Highlights

 

  • The median sale price for detached, single-family

homes in July 2011 was $178,000, the highest

level since December 2010.

 

  • Detached home sales for July 2011 increased 12.21

percent from the previous year.

 

  • Pending home sales were at 815, making July

2011 the third consecutive month there has been a

month-over-month increase in homes going under

contract.
