Sunday May 13 is the perfect day to celebrate mom, with all the great brunch specials available throughout the city. You’ll find a wide variety of options for any taste and budget. So make sure you make arrangements now to reserve a table at one of these tasty destinations for a special brunch with mom.
11 a.m. - 3 p.m.
Enjoy exquisite dishes such as quiche Florentine, Sicilian baked eggs, salmon crepes, steamed artichokes, roasted garlic, crab cakes, charcuterie plate, soups, salads, and various entrees. Top it all off with strawberry shortcake. Entrée selections feature poached salmon, pan roasted duck breast, baked ham, mushroom ravioli, prosciutto wrapped scallops, veal scaloppini and steak Diane.
10:30 a.m. – 2 p.m.
If local flavors are what you’re looking for, then El Pinto is the ideal place for Sunday brunch. Brunch items feature local dishes such as green chile cheese biscuits smothered in green chile white gravy with a side of choriz. Or try the eggs Benedict, which includes eggs and pork loin on a green chile biscuit with a red hollandaise sauce.

For the buffet lovers, you’ll find a variety of great buffets at the The Forque Kitchen and Bar at the Hyatt downtown. You’ll find breakfast items at the omelet and waffle stations, along with fresh fruits, breafast meats, eggs, potatoes and more. Or enjoy other buffet favorites like cured meats, salads, smoked salmon, grilled and chilled shrimp, tuna tataki, and orzo salad.
10 a.m. - 2:30 p.m.
This delightful Sunday brunch buffet offers a crepe station, salads, chilled shrimp and crab claws, cheese and fruit platter, house cured salmon and assorted petite pastries. There’s also a carving station with prime rib, honey dijon pork loin and baby squash and asparagus. The chef's specialties offered are smoked pork, orange poppy seed pancakes, poached eggs, grilled chicken, green chile saffron poached salmon, and an assortment of vegetables. To top it all of there will be an extravagant dessert display.
